Do you accept international orders?
We’re sorry VHParfum only delivers online orders to UK addresses (excluding the Channel Islands). We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
We understand how important security is to you. When you order online with us, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. This is the most advanced consumer online security technique to date. You can be assured that your order will be placed safely and securely.

How do I unsubscribe from email?
If you are a Registered User of VHParfum.com, the easiest way to unsubscribe from us is to look out for the opt out button at the bottom of any e-mails from us.
Where can I find my returns label?
In order to download this free returns label, you must complete our online returns form. This form can be found in the email we sent out to you upon dispatching your fragrance.

Are youR fragrances cruelty free?
Yes our fragrances are vegan we do not test on animals.
Are your fragrances for men or women?
Our fragrances are created for anyone to enjoy them, man or woman.
How should I store my perfume?
Fragrance doesn’t like temperature fluctuations, like a fine wine you wouldn’t leave it in the sun. If a fragrance is exposed to temperature fluctuations it will age quicker and could affect the performance of the natural ingredients. We do not add any UV filters or colourants to our fragrances and we have many essential oils in our formulations so you could see some colour changes as part of the maturation process. The best place to store our fragrances is in the box it came in at room temperature.
How do I make the scent last longer?
Our ratio of fragrance concentrate in our formulations are high so we are very happy with the longevity of our scents. However, different skin types and body temperature alter perception and it is common for fragrance wearers to become accustomed to the smell of their own fragrance. After you’ve smelt something a lot, your brain can ‘turn off’ to the fragrance – nose fatigue after saturation of a smell. This can often lead to the thought that a fragrance has disappeared, when in fact, it hasn’t.
The founder of VHParfum, Rebecca shares her tips for keeping scent longevity in your senses.
• Spray don’t rub! To preserve the integrity of the fragrance just lightly spray and let it sink into the skin.
• Perfume doesn’t last long on dry skin. Use an unscented moisturiser before applying your scent.
• Where? When applied to the front neck you can very quickly adjust to the smell of a fragrance and ‘zone out’ to it. I tend to apply under the back of my hair / neck behind my ears.
• Hold the pump closer to skin so a higher proportion of the spray is actually applied to the skin, and not lost in the air.
• Apply to hair and clothing: I always spray a light cloud over my hair before I go out the door, and people always comment on what scent I am wearing. Fragrance applied to a scarf or outer clothing always leaves a lasting impression.
